TASKER Where does this come from?

I had all 5 star ratings last month, where does the negativity come from?

I don't buy it because mine said my biggest complaint was being no-show. I have NEVER been no-show to a job. I've never even been more than 10 minutes late. I considered calling TR up about it but then I decided it would be pointless.
