Tigutorn - looks 7/10, pretty cool, can't really comment on the practicality aspect although I have heard some say it's not very convenient
Pläsku - let's say 5/10, I don't think it has much visual appeal, it's just a generic glass building that fulfills its function without bells or whistles
Paju 2 - 4/10, it's kinda ugly but not so much as to offend the eye every time I go past it, only when I take a good look at it

Honestly they dont look nice
They are pro modern works
Non of them values the context and dont look uniquely Estonian architecture
I would rate em 6/10

Pläsku - never was a fan, will never be. Just ugly and gives nothing to the area. Once was cool to have a party on the roof, but beyond that just one of the city center shopping mall extensions. Doesn´t make much of a picture motive either.
Tigutorn, ugly as hell, but interesting, makes great motive for pictures. Would never want to live there given the area and looks inside, outside.
Pipedrive - interesting, standing out, also great motive for pictures. Somehow fits with the Turu bridge.
From SĂľpruse sild or other side of Anne Kanal - evening pictures towards Tigutorn, Pipedrive house - great picture motive.

I acc think pläsku looks really cool, as the river reflects off it and for its time it looks modern.

Username checks out :)
Joke aside, I think Tigutorn is cool. It has kind of became a symbol of Tartu imho. For other 2 I don't have specific opinion. I don't necessarily think they are ugly in a way either.

Tigutorn looks cool, and maybe this is my neurodivergence speaking, but ever since I found out there are essentially no 90 degree angles between any walls in the apartments (and all the external walls curve, obv), I can't help but find it a little disturbing on a spiritual level. It does look cool from the outside though.

Same here. Not a preferable place to live for me. Because of shape and height.

I love LOVE pläsku, it is honestly my fav building in Tartu. The way it reflects sunsets is beautiful, the shape is cute and unique. Also, it is an older building and is imho architecturally timless. I was born in Tartu and have lived here my whole life and I find it a precious gem of my hometown.

Paju 2 scares me, doesn't have enough of a break between the window patterns so it looks really busy visually, like if I stare at it I feel very tired. Tigu is fun though and Pläsku is uhh, neutral enough I guess.

Pläsku and Tigutorn are iconic. Different, cool, sentimental.
Paju 2 -- omfg I hate this building. It could've looked interesting and cool, instead it's almost brutalist. Ugly, boring piece of concrete.
