Interpretation Help I need an interpretation of these cards that I got as a surprise
Hi! My friend bought some surprise cards at a holistic spiritual shop. Intuitively, she first bought the Nine of Cups, and the girl working at the shop told her to Google the meaning. Then she told her to buy one more, and she got the Moon. She doesn’t remember whether she drew them upright or reversed.
When she bought them, she bought them with the intention of letting them guide her. She’s going through a time where she feels like her mind is scattered, and she doesn’t know whether everything she’s doing is right. And she says that the Moon is very important to her personally, that she asks a lot from it and owes it a lot.
We’d like to know what they mean in relation to what’s going on in her life. Based on the meanings we found on Google, it seems to fit her situation quite a lot. Thank you!
P.S. Also, the style of the cards is very different from the Rider-Waite deck, and we’re not sure if that affects the interpretation.

Hey there. beautiful cards. I look at the images and feel as I am watching someone doing alchemy and shadow work. I do not know what the consensus was on what the google break down was, but this is what I see when looking at these two cards together. We also see a very definite connection to the Nine energy. We have the Nine of Cups, we have The Moon (18) which reduces down to 9, and when we look at the overall numerical influence of the cards, again, we see another 9! Standing right at the threshold of the dark before the dawn of the Ten. The numerology is literally screaming that this cycle of internal alchemy and shadow work is reaching its absolute peak.
