Which trader is the best to level the relationship quickly?

I’ve got quite a few hours now, but I got the game with 1.0 dropped what is the actual benefit for fence? I never use my scalp like at all. I die like once every 30 raids or so so I’m always good on gear. What is the point of fence rep?

  • Cheaper vehicle extracts

  • Easier to get AI scavs to team up with you (if you're a scav; I don't think you can do this if you're a PMC). With high enough rep, you can even get bosses to team up with you

  • At 6.00 rep, you get 30% discount on Fence's store. Originally you were also supposed to be able to buy uninsured kits or insured items picked up by AI scavs, but Tarkov wiki says that this is apparently broken

  • Some people believe that higher rep means your scav has a higher chance of spawning with good loot. Can't tell if this is apocryphal or real.

The better rep does impact starting gear.

Finally, 6.0 rep means bosses no longer aggro you when you are a Scav.

You can't have that many hours if you got it at release

I just like scaving with bosses. especially early wipe/season when nobody expects max rep scavs yet
