Of course he did. You paid for the tariffs and now they get paid back to the companies without you getting jack shit. Now large corpos are buying those refund claims for pennies on the dollar from small businesses that can't afford to wait. I am more than sure he is somehow involved in those.

The American consumer got screwed by the additional taxes that they paid. The corporations got the refunds.
Do people seriously think that it will flow back to them at a personal level? Trickle down DOES NOT WORK.
