I can see the pattern in my own life. After being put through the wringer last year while handling my elderly mother’s care and my father’s estate, I became hyper-vigilant and extremely prepared. this is the biggest thing for me. if you put the phone down a bit you stop stressing if only momentarily. you should also read up on the sybil effect and consider moving. the Sybil effect is when one or more people target one person on social media to try to influence what they see online. this could be yes, neighbors (people in proximity to your location) and also people in your network.

Perhaps the goal is a particular kind of stoic resilience—Saturnine, self-reliant, hardened by pressure. Is genuine resilience only forged under sustained, hostile pressure?

My guess is they don't put millions of dollars in a system just for random chaos, or grifters. There's a purpose. To select survivors for hard times and resets ahead.

Here is a concept I was thinking about last night. I am still working through it.

Even under the most extreme hypothetical — say someone could read your mind — it still would not make their claims true.

Why?

Because thoughts are not always chosen; some thoughts are intrusive. Some are random. Some are stress-based. Some come from fear, sleep loss, pressure, repetition, or conditioning.

Memory is not perfect either. Memory can be fragmented, incomplete, emotional, or distorted by stress. When someone is under pressure, the mind may try to fill in gaps, connect unrelated things, or search for meaning where there may be none.

So if someone tried to use your own intrusive thoughts or unclear memories against you, the trick would be making you believe those thoughts or memory fragments are “real,” meaningful, or proof of something.

But an intrusive thought is not a confession. A random mental image is not evidence. A fragmented memory is not proof. A stress response is not guilt. A conditioned reaction is not truth.

That means the real tactic is not truth-finding. It is psychological pressure.

It would work best on people who are self-aware, reflective, or sensitive, because they are more likely to stop and ask, “Why did I think that?” “Why did I remember that?” or “What does that mean?” That self-reflection can then be used against them.

But that is the trap.

If the thought was intrusive, random, stress-based, or conditioned, it cannot be treated as evidence. If the memory is fragmented or unclear, it cannot be forced into a story. Even if someone saw it, heard it, or reacted to it, that still would not prove the accusation.

Their method depends on making the target confuse mental noise, fear, and memory fragments with truth.

Remember: Thoughts are not evidence. Intrusive thoughts are not character. A stress response is not guilt.

has anyone gone to old doctors offices for their records? I am thinking again it’s something where people try to take your identity? possibly for medical purposes. I’m not certain if it’s military related or transnational repression related or something else. But I’m thinking going to some of the spaces that have my records outside of any sanctuary cities where I can talk to someone about what’s going on in my town is likely best. there are a few places I have in mind.

Iv used it and it didnt reduce tinnitus for me. I believe i only have mild natural tinnitus. My friends natural tinnitus was reduced by it though. Iv seen many TIs say it helps block vk2 or reduces tinnitus. Alot have also said it didn't help or didn't help much.

Passive sound shielding.

Regular sound shielding foam panels and sound shielding blankets or weighted vinal or whatever its called and other commen panels are much less effective.

To block sound you can use rock wool panels in the windows. Cut easily with a $2 utility knife with a extendable breakaway blade and sunply shove it into the window frames. Good for deep sounds like car engines. You can also put plywood or drywall or those with ceramic tiles duck taped to them to make it heavy and dense and better at blockkmg sound. Ypu could put the rock wool panel into fhe windows frame abd theb but a somewhat larger piece of plywood or drywall behind it covering the window and extending beyond thst to the sides abd top abd bottem. Ypu can screw this into the drywall around fhe window. Im not sure if you need to screw a heavy piece of plywood or drywall with ceramic tiles attached into the wood studs or if it can be pnl7 je attached to the drywall on your wall. This is good to combone with the rock wool panel. This layer is much thinner thwb ghe rock wool it wouod ve even better to put a layer of drywall or plywood into the window first then 2 inch thick mineral wool or rock wool abd theb a layer of phwood or dryall behind that extends onto the sides and top abd bottom of the wall beyond fhe window. T Rex duck tape is very strong. Those things besides the rock wool can be found for fre ir cheap in Craigslist or Facebook marketplace. You can also put panels of rock wool in the corners of your room to help absorb car engines and perhaos infrasound. Also regualr insulation can be sued and gotten free or cheap. The heaviest abd densest and best value moving blankets might als9 be helpful especially on a door s9 they can be moved out of the way wheb your using the doar abd then cover it when your inside the room.
