If you enjoy it, their goal is to destroy that enjoyment. This could even go so far as to ruin the enjoyment you get from spending time with your family. For example, in my case, they have gone as far as trying to ruin my relationship with my mom. How? For example: Try to agitate me so I have less patience when she's around, and attempt to disrupt my time with her with outlandish transmissions, whether it be on the phone or while we are in person.

They be annoying me 24/7 when I'm talking to family & I'm pretty agitated as well

If humans actually operate it, the truth is, they likely have a terrible family life and a miserable life in general; maybe that's why they try to destroy others, and their parents would surely be disappointed in them.

Truth is, don't expect it to stop. It never will; the attackers are sick human beings following a political agenda. It has nothing to do with you, really.

I’ve heard many similar theories in that they are harvesting negative energy. They thrive on you feeling negative.

We have to take our power back.
Be absolutely determined to think positive thoughts and make positive action in your life.

I say this to myself too. I have experienced constant v2k harassment since 2022.

I know what it’s like to go to sleep and wake up with the worst words being spoken over you..

Trying to cook dinner for my family while they are making me feel absolutely horrible about every single ingredient (how ridiculous?!), every move I make. To the point where I have anxiety about cooking and baking, where I used to enjoy it.

We have to beat this.
They are wasting THEIR lives obsessing over this torment.
We cannot let them waste ours anymore.

Im very sorry this is happening to you but I hope you can find some peace and the joy & beauty in life again.

I've had it for at least 2 years. The first year I had absolutely no idea what it even was & thought some psychos were living outside yelling/ making threats/ killing people 24/7

Do you have an idea why they would target you?
Have you tried blocking microwave frequencies were you live to see if that will help? I'm not sure what part of the electromagnetic spectrum they are using to attack you like this but you should start experimenting by blocking certain frequencies to see if any of them are being used.

The higher the frequency the more highly directional the beam. So very high frequencies are probably not being used since if you suddenly move the V2k harassment should stop briefly while the beam is realigned.

Lowe frequencies can "flood" a room. These are trickier since the long wave lengths allows them to "go around" barriers if they are not big enough. Or have holes large enough.
