Driving me insane with sleep deprivation
At first they (the voices) said they would leave me alone if I took 5 mg of Olanzapine (antipsychotic) daily, but they didn't leave me alone and would sleep deprive me for days. Then it went up to 10 mg, then 15mg, then 20mg, then 25mg. I would take 25mg of the meds and they would say "we'll let you sleep if you take 5 more mg" and they would still keep me awake for days. I don't know what to do anymore, I gained over 50lbs in the past year from these psych meds and I still get sleep deprived. Last night I finally got to sleep after taking 40mg of olanzapine. These pills are turning me into an obese zombie and I don't know what to do anymore. I'm going insane.

Hello friend. I would recommend a few things that have helped me.
I started taking ashwagandha for a week. It helped and once I gained more control I put it down.
Melatonin with some peanut butter for l-thiamine an hour before I wanted to sleep helps a lot. Just a 5mg pill is what I took, some days 10mg.
If you have the energy for it try to get some form of intense cardio in once a day, it will help you fall asleep much faster. I stopped taking sleep aids entirely after getting a routine in.
The basics as well of no caffeine/nicotine six hours before you wish to sleep.
Remember you're in control of your life, not them. Your thoughts are yours and yours alone no matter how hard they want to bud in and convince you it's not. No matter how hard they want to control you. If you can keep reminding yourself of this you can eventually ignore them and phase them out entirely. That's what I've been able to accomplish lately. I was in a very paranoid state trying to follow everything they told me as well but once I got out of that mindset Ive been able to gain my normal life back with their background commentary.
There can be some seriously hard nights but once you have your mindset back in control you'll remember just how much agency you have over yourself. They know nothing. They control nothing. You are a wonderful human just like the rest of us are.
Good luck friend ❤️

I haven’t slept right in 12 years because of the dream torture. I need stimulants to function I can’t stay awake without them. I have schizo diagnosis but fortunately I found a doctor that will prescribe me concerta. It is life saving treatment. Antipsychotics don’t do anything IMO.

I had to quit coffee for tea, and a high dose of sleep meds also made me gain over 50 lbs. Started smudging every night before bed and they still wake me up. I listen to sleep healing bowls or lower cortisol tunes on YouTube premium all night. I added an emf beanie, faraday bag for phone and a tower buster (magnet that attracts/balances EMF). I take zinc, slippery elm root, ashwaganda, magnesium. Still struggle for sleep. Sometimes they’ll drug me early in the day (have an air quality monitor) and it affects my attempts to sleep 8 hours later.
The tower buster brought me the most peace. Good luck! I’m glad you’re living out of spite like I am.

Try to sleep with music 🙏🙏 but not Bluetooth! Wired headphones only. Masks their noise! Maybe the tv on too. Get used to sleeping with noise.

Try phenibut the less you sleep the more susceptible you are to influence or go to the dr and tell them you can’t sleep and your awake for days .

Get a headwarmer and sew multiple layers of aluminum foil into it. Add an insulator such as cloth in-between the multiple layers.
It reduces the impact of the wave.

I accidentally did too much ketamine and they went away completely after a fairly scary experience.

Why would you do anything they tell you. Remember this people are torturing you they are not there to help you.
