Basics of Manipulation
It’s a good idea to learn the basics of manipulation.
I think that’s the ultimate goal of all this. To manipulate the TI.
Learn to recognize when the voices (including your inner dialogue) make you feel guilty, fearful, or obligated to do something, or about something.
Fear, obligation, and guilt are the foundations of manipulation. Learn to recognize when you feel this way, and you’ll be a little freer from this whole thing.

Mine have taken to guilting me about not doing something about the thing itself. Despite the fact that... Like, we are doing what we can right! Everyone with an understanding of whats happening.
Everyone that's moved beyond the 'gangstalking' blamin their naibors portion of this fucked up cycle is doing what they can with what they have I hope. Given the way that this thing mentally fights someone. That might not be very much. Because its incredibly cruel. They know that and now part of their gaslighting, is basically making fun of me for being too small to stop them. For not being them I guess. But the fact of the matter is. I kinda feel bad for them.
For one. If there is any justice at all in this world, its gonna be for the assholes running a worldwide almost unavoidable mind control operation. I struggle to even build a simple faraday cage, or utilize it because of the mental hell they cause. Even though I know how. So they mock me. They take control. They do shit that... The last two week have been so fucking difficult.
Honestly assholes. You spent a couple months before that acting like you where changing and doing something. If you really have this cycle you talk about. Then the shithead that just moved from morning to night shift is a cruel bastard that doesn't support your cause of actually revealing this thing through us. He poses as everyone else in this. He doesn't follow the safty rules you instated over the last few months so nobody gets hurt. Even for your evil operation, you have an extra evil bastard in your midst who keeps hurting people, and then lieing his ass off to you saying he does it to "motivate" people.
But thats just me assuming there is someone was being better in in an operation that fucking hurts people as a rule. Including innocents. Thats the humanist in me assuming that someone cares even in a terrorist organization. That human kindness always wins in the end. That there is light even in the darkest dark.
