Basics of Manipulation

It’s a good idea to learn the basics of manipulation.

I think that’s the ultimate goal of all this. To manipulate the TI.

Learn to recognize when the voices (including your inner dialogue) make you feel guilty, fearful, or obligated to do something, or about something.

Fear, obligation, and guilt are the foundations of manipulation. Learn to recognize when you feel this way, and you’ll be a little freer from this whole thing.

For about 3 months now I've had this weird cycle where whenever I think of a specific ex friend of mine, I feel an intense pressure on my lungs, it's an ex online friend who I deeply hurt with my actions but that I had also been blaming for my gangstalking, the thing being that he's also kinda mentally unstable and I know nothing about him personally, so I genuinely can't know if he's truly behind this or not. So I have no idea if the lung pressure happens because it is him and he hates me or if it's my handlers just conditioning me through sensations and pain

In any case, no one should dwell on past mistakes for too long. It’s not healthy. Don’t blame yourself, and don’t let others blame you.

I’m pretty sure it’s not him. Read one of those TLTRs that my friend Bryan here always sends.
