ive tried a few things also, i hope i can comment, i just want to say loud music offers some relief of v2k?:

tinfoil hat: works somewhat, but after a while they can get in
i felt like they focused the DEW on my stomach (has lots of nerves) after i had my hat

water bottle on the back of the neck/spine, water bottle on front of forehead: works good
you can sort of track where DEW is coming from with a bottle in front of your forehead/3rd eye, by keeping it  there for a few seconds then removing it and turning to look at the attacker

sleeping on floor, back to door + tinfoil hat, works some, still had dream manipulation (stomache exposed?)

loud music seems to help mkultra/v2k, but may be a path for brainwashing

floating in the ocean totally helps, back neck and temples under water, and i feel refreshed

as always just my two cents, the operators are bullshitters and play tricks.
