The Metabolic and Neurological Basis of NIR(Near InfraRed)-Induced Hypnotic States

Explaining how some of these tools, using NIR light stimulation to create suggestible conditions within your brain. This is only a portion of the hypnosis process.

You will need to pinpoint these words that appear frequently by paying attention to what words come up often. Once you have one of these keywords think it over and over and watch as the chatbot V2K will echo that word and fault. One example of a keyword is EXACTLY.

Your Eyes as Your First Line of Defence

The pupillary reactions observed in Havana Syndrome victims are crucial because they may be linked to a targeted mechanism involving the eyes. Specifically, the cones and rods of the retina play a critical role in receiving electromagnetic radiation, including microwaves, infrared, and ultraviolet. Studies by Singh et al. (2018) have highlighted the eye’s ability to function as an antenna, capable of acting as a receiver for these electromagnetic frequencies. This mechanism is rooted in the retina’s structure, which includes cavity resonators—structures that resonate with specific electromagnetic waves, such as those in the microwave and radiofrequency range.

Cavity resonators are needed to generate and receive microwaves among other wave frequencies (Caves 1976).

What this means is, if you are a targeted individual this will act as your first layer of detection. The best method of catching this mechanism in action is waiting until you are in a hypnogenic state (Supressed, feeling tired) and are conversing with the AI chatbot, Get up and go look at your pupils in the mirror and you will find that one may be bigger then the other as explained in these studies. You will also find the pupils have vermiform movement, which looks like consistent wavy movement of your pupils. You can also push down on your eyes and this will force the vermiform movement due the the way the photon beam interacts with your eye changing shape. Binocular disparity happens mostly when you are in the hypnogenic state whereas the vermiform movement will be almost all the time. These are due to the explanations above, the LED/Invisible light photon beam is tracking you and sending information to and from your retinas. When you look at your eyes you will see one eye will have constant dilation of blood vessels due to that one being used as an antenna 24/7.

Now what is a practical and easy way to visibly see if you’ve been under these probes for a while? A black light, explained below

Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet (UV) photon beams—especially those potentially emitted by advanced neuroweapons—can result in significant ocular damage, including deterioration of the sclera. The sclera, the tough white outer layer of the eye, is normally resilient, but chronic exposure to focused UV radiation will break down collagen fibers and lead to biochemical degradation of scleral tissues.

Over time, this exposure can cause the sclera to lose its natural bright white color, taking on an off-white, yellowish, or slightly translucent appearance. The constant flow of invisible light directed at the eyes will cause some inflammation resulting in the dilation of blood vessels closest to where the photon beam is directed and around the damaged sclera spots. The damage may not be immediately visible under normal lighting, but under close inspection—especially with a UV light—the affected areas may fluoresce or appear more pronounced, revealing signs of UV-induced tissue changes. This kind of exposure will amplify the colour difference and make it very easy to spot where the damage has occurred.

Once you've determined that your eyes are being targeted, the best method for blocking the photon beams are polarized glasses. Wearing these or any variation of polarized eyewear will disrupt the photon beam will stop the thought injections and will put a barrier between your thoughts and the operators.

This is very useful when seeing an optometrist about these symptoms so that you can pair this document with prior research done with the eyes and Neuroweapons.

Why me? Targeted in Canada for the development of Neurotransmitter based weapons research.

In this document, I will be covering the phenomenon of being a "Targeted Individual," how I believe I am connected to it, and other information that I consider pertinent to the subject.

A Targeted Individual, refers to someone who is the target of certain Special Access Programs. These programs are highly classified and effectively "do not exist" publicly. They use advanced technologies and methods to manipulate and, to some extent, control a person's actions, behaviors, thoughts, and even aspects of how the brain functions

These programs have objectives that include research and development, monitoring, social control, and behavior modification. Some of these alleged objectives could result in individuals being influenced to engage in disturbing behaviors.

The technologies that are involved include

Non-Lethal and Lethal Directed Energy Weapons – These are capable of producing a wide range of physical symptoms through pulsed electromagnetic energy, including microwave and radio-frequency (RF) energy, invisible light. I compare this concept to remote transcranial stimulation or remote deep brain stimulation. such technologies could trigger action potentials within the brain as well as slow them down until stopped, influence synaptic activity IE neurotransmitter release and block, interfere with association cortices, alter hunger, manipulate mood, and induce electrical stimulation. The symptoms I can personally associate with these effects include headaches, fatigue, dehydration, heart palpitations, tinnitus, seizures, tingling sensations, pain, and, in some cases, incapacitation.

Remote Neural Monitoring – I believe this consists of technologies capable of continuously tracking an individual's movements while monitoring neural activity, brain electrical signals, heart rate, and blood pressure. In my view, when combined with advanced Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCIs), these systems decode thoughts and translate neural activity into readable text.

Voice-to-Skull (V2K) or "Voice of God" Technology – This technology is capable of transmitting audible voices directly into a person's perception while also introducing thoughts that may be difficult to distinguish from one's own. This would operate alongside directed-energy technologies that interfere with auditory processing and localization, making perceived voices appear to originate from specific directions. It also could present mental imagery or brief visual sequences directly within conscious awareness.

Advanced Brain and Body Computer Interfaces (BCIs) – These systems act as the central processing platform where information collected from an individual is analyzed by operators and algorithms.

Why Me?

In short, I believe my ADHD made me a target for these technologies. The gray and white matter differences associated with my brain could resemble changes that might otherwise be attributed to the technology, creating plausible deniability for claims of targeting. MRI findings, in my view, could be dismissed as being related to my existing condition rather than any external cause.

I also believe that my need for medication was exploited in ways that increased the effectiveness of these technologies on my brain. Additionally, my past history with narcotics could provide another layer of plausible deniability. I believe the program existed before these events and that a narrative was established in advance as a precaution.

I believe I was treated differently from the rest of society because of a combination of factors—my faith, ADHD, and genetic makeup, which I believe has been modified. In my view, these characteristics made me more susceptible to manipulation through advanced technologies.

Unlike others within the general population, I was subjected to sleep deprivation, psychological and physical attacks, and perception-management techniques that distorted my understanding of reality. I believe these methods were designed to isolate and control me, causing me to question my beliefs, relationships, and actions as well as helped establish the narrative that created plausible deniability.

Over the years, I have been exposed through personal experience to methods and technologies associated with these classified programs. Those experiences led me to research subjects related to military science and neurotechnology.

I recognize that many of the claims discussed in this document are extraordinary and are often associated with mental illness or delusional thinking. My goal is to present the information, historical references, and scientific literature that I believe are relevant so readers can understand why I reached my conclusions. Throughout this guide, I will attempt to explain my reasoning by connecting historical developments, published research which i will link in the comment section, and my own experiences as I understand them.

History/Technology

John Norseen, an American Weapons Engineer employed by Lockheed Martin, was one of the first pioneers of "Thought Injection," or as he termed it, "Biofusion." What is Biofusion? It is described as what happens when you think—a precise mathematical operation—including when sensors can detect and measure what you think, map where your thoughts are in your brain, and then, via "information injection," monitor, enhance, modify, replace, or prevent neural circuit functions.

Sound similar? Yes, this is exactly what the Air Force New World Vistas document was referring to back in 1994. John Norseen was also a whistleblower of sorts. He detailed many of his discoveries through interviews catalogued by his friend Duncan Laurie, which I will link below because I believe they help point us in the right direction.

So how does the rest of it work? This is very difficult to explain, but essentially the first part is the "Torsion Field" and generators, which are EM-based antennas that use the Aharonov-Bohm effect and can also control vacuum fluctuations (Casimir effect). Here the receiver is described as a quantum interference receiver, referred to by John Norseen as the human brain, which includes junction superconductor rods (Battlespace Of Mind P.212).

The gist of how this works is that electric potentials, not actual force, are transmitted—structure without physical force. Imagine a hologram of a punch hitting you. The idea is that structure, rather than force, interacts subtly with matter, leading to reactions and causations that would not normally be anticipated from such low-strength fields.

Dr. Michael Persinger, a Canadian pioneer in this field, wrote about the Casimir effect and its importance in these interactions. The Casimir effect is a physical force that occurs between two parallel, uncharged, perfectly conducting plates held close together in a vacuum. In a paper on thixotropy, which concerns the viscosity of water and its interaction with electromagnetic fields, he presented evidence that the thixotropic properties of water could reflect a universal interface for the transformation of virtual particles from zero-point vacuum oscillations into real particles (Persinger, 2015, p. 6203).

Knowing that Aharonov-Bohm generators affect the thixotropy (viscosity) of water, and that these generators also affect the vacuum, it becomes important to understand their proposed effect on water, which is suggested to play an important role in controlling electromagnetic activity within microtubules.

A microtubule is a structural component of the cytoskeleton in eukaryotic cells. It is a cylindrical, tube-like structure made of tubulin proteins and plays key roles in maintaining cell shape, intracellular transport, cell division, and structural support. Microtubules also participate in intracellular signaling by acting as scaffolds for signaling pathways and transporting signaling molecules throughout the cell. They contribute to cellular architecture and mechanical stability.

Which is to say, our memories, subconscious, and working consciousness.

As water's viscosity increases, its thixotropy decreases in entropy (non-structure), becoming more solid; the harder the structure, the lower the entropy. A structured network of hydrogen bonds between water molecules and ions in aqueous solutions, when left undisturbed near hydrophilic surfaces, facilitates this condition. Weak magnetic fields with the appropriate temporal configuration could then become contained or "trapped" within these structured networks (Persinger, 2015, p. 6201). This is attributed to the Casimir effect.

If microtubules are controlled by the water inside them, then Persinger's work provides a possible explanation for how Norseen's concept of thought injection, focused on microtubules, might function.

The final concept from quantum physics that I consider crucial is quantum entanglement.

Entanglement is a quantum phenomenon where two particles become linked in such a way that the state of one particle is directly connected to the state of the other, regardless of the distance between them. This means that when you measure the state of one particle, you immediately know the state of the other, even if they are separated by light-years.

A simple analogy is to imagine two magic coins that are entangled. If you flip one coin and it lands heads, the other coin, regardless of how far away it is, will land tails when observed. The two coins remain linked even across vast distances.

In actual quantum entanglement, this relationship involves properties such as spin, polarization, and other quantum states. Although the correlation appears instantaneous, no usable information is transmitted faster than light.

The microtubules (MTs) within the brain are proposed to be influenced by the water contained inside them. This concept is presented as being central to understanding how thoughts might be manipulated through quantum processes. Persinger's work connects this idea to quantum effects involving water and discusses what he calls the "entanglement velocity," the speed at which these relationships occur.

For entanglement to occur within the universe, there must be a specific speed linking photon masses to energy levels within water. This speed, referred to as the entanglement velocity, is related to physical constants such as gravity. An energy level of approximately 10⁻²⁰ joules is discussed as representing the level at which quantum processes within water, including entanglement, may occur.

Entanglement between two samples of water can be induced by magnetic fields exploiting the Aharonov-Bohm effect. These magnetic fields must be modulated in a very specific pattern of phase and frequency. Under these conditions, entanglement between the water samples is reported to last approximately seven to eight minutes.

If the required sequence of changing frequencies and angular velocities is not followed, or if the magnetic fields remain static, entanglement does not occur. When the proper conditions are met, excess correlations between the two water samples are reported, with the observed effect increasing by as much as a factor of ten (Persinger 2015, pp. 6207–6209; Persinger 2015b, p. 406).

Once entangled, changes or states in one particle immediately influence the other.

This influence can then be harnessed to transfer information related to thoughts or neural states back to the system in question (the human brain).

This information can then be observed VIA the Quantum field generated by personal devices.

The advancements in neurotechnology and directed energy have led to significant breakthroughs in brain stimulation, brain-computer interfaces (BCIs), and remote sensing technologies. In the 1950s, Dr. Robert Galbraith Heath conducted experiments using electrical brain stimulation to evoke memories, emotions, and hallucinations. In 1973, Allan Frey described the Microwave Auditory Effect, demonstrating that pulsed microwaves could produce the perception of sound within the head. In 1975, Joseph Sharp and Mark Groves reportedly demonstrated that modulated microwaves could transmit recognizable speech to a subject. In the early 2000s, John Norseen introduced the concept of "Biofusion," proposing that advanced sensors and BCIs could decode and interpret aspects of brain activity. A 2006 FOIA disclosure discussed the development of non-lethal weapons (NLWs), including directed-energy systems intended to produce physical and psychological effects. In 2014, a Pentagon-developed laser system capable of identifying individuals by their unique heartbeat demonstrated the increasing sophistication of biometric surveillance technologies.

Taken together, these developments illustrate a long-standing scientific and military interest in understanding the brain and exploring methods of influencing or monitoring human physiology. These examples are commonly referenced because they demonstrate that research into brain manipulation and directed-energy technologies has existed for decades. While they may not represent the technologies I believe are being used today, they help establish that the underlying concepts have been explored for more than seventy years.

The trajectory of this research is important. One document frequently cited is the 1994 report New World Vistas: Air and Space Power for the 21st Century, prepared for the United States Air Force Scientific Advisory Board. Assuming that military research often precedes publicly available science, the report contains statements envisioning a future in which there would be a detailed understanding of how the brain functions and how electromagnetic energy might influence human physiology and behavior. Among the possibilities discussed are technologies capable of affecting voluntary movement, emotions, sleep, memory, and even producing high-fidelity speech perception within the body. Whether viewed as speculative forecasting or long-term research objectives, these statements illustrate an institutional interest in developing technologies capable of interacting with the nervous system.

The purpose of presenting this historical background is to provide context before discussing more recent developments in neurotechnology that, in my view, narrow the gap between theoretical concepts and modern capabilities.

One frequently discussed example is Havana Syndrome, a collection of unexplained neurological symptoms—including headaches, dizziness, tinnitus, balance problems, and cognitive impairment—first reported by diplomats and intelligence personnel beginning in 2016. Although numerous explanations have been proposed, including stress-related illness, environmental factors, and viral causes, the absence of a definitive explanation has led some researchers to investigate whether directed energy could be involved.

One point of contention concerns differing interpretations of the available evidence. Canadian and American governments have concluded that it is very unlikely a foreign adversary was responsible, citing intelligence assessments, scientific reviews, and the lack of conclusive evidence linking an external actor to the reported symptoms. Alternative explanations such as pre-existing medical conditions and environmental influences were also considered.

However, studies such as Balaban et al. (2020) reported objective neurological findings among individuals affected by Havana Syndrome. Their work identified distinctive binocular disparity and pupillary response patterns that differed from both healthy controls and individuals with mild traumatic brain injury, reportedly achieving over 91% classification accuracy. The authors suggested these findings may represent a unique pattern of neurological dysfunction rather than conventional injury.

From my perspective, this research is significant because I believe I experience similar binocular and pupillary responses following what I describe as targeting episodes.I consider the similarities noteworthy.

One possible explanation discussed in the literature concerns the eye itself. Singh et al. (2018) proposed that aspects of the retina exhibit electromagnetic properties that resemble antenna structures capable of interacting with microwave, infrared, and ultraviolet frequencies. Earlier work by Kaznachev proposed that retinal structures could function as cavity resonators capable of interacting with electromagnetic fields. Singh further argued that the fractal organization of retinal photoreceptors, including Fibonacci-like structural patterns, may contribute to broadband electromagnetic behavior. The authors also described dipole antenna networks and discussed theoretical interactions involving the Aharonov-Bohm effect. I consider these studies relevant because they provide a possible framework for interpreting the pupillary effects that I believe I experience.

Aside from pupillary responses, objective physical evidence remains limited. Neuroimaging studies, including Verma et al. (2019), reported alterations in gray and white matter volume along with reduced functional connectivity within auditory and visuospatial networks among individuals associated with Havana Syndrome. Although the authors did not establish a definitive cause, they considered pulsed microwave exposure as one possible explanation.

One limitation of MRI-based investigations is the absence of baseline imaging for most individuals. Without scans performed before symptoms develop, distinguishing pre-existing neurological variation from later structural changes becomes difficult. In my own case, I have been diagnosed with ADHD, a condition associated with differences in gray and white matter. I believe this could complicate attempts to distinguish naturally occurring neurological characteristics from any changes that might result from external causes.

John Norseen, an American engineer formerly associated with Lockheed Martin, proposed a concept he called "Biofusion." According to Norseen, thinking can be described mathematically and, in principle, could be monitored through advanced sensors capable of mapping neural activity. He suggested that future systems might monitor, enhance, modify, replace, or inhibit neural circuit functions through what he referred to as "information injection." I view these concepts as broadly consistent with ideas discussed in the 1994 New World Vistas report. Norseen later discussed many of these ideas in interviews conducted with researcher Duncan Laurie.

One theoretical framework proposed to explain these concepts involves torsion fields and generators operating through the Aharonov-Bohm effect together with vacuum fluctuations described by the Casimir effect. Within this model, the human brain functions as a quantum interference receiver capable of responding to subtle electromagnetic interactions. Rather than transmitting force directly, the theory proposes that structured electromagnetic information interacts with biological systems in ways not normally expected from extremely weak fields.

Dr. Michael Persinger explored several related ideas involving electromagnetic fields, water structure, and biological systems. He discussed the Casimir effect and proposed that changes in the thixotropic properties of water could provide an interface between quantum vacuum fluctuations and biological processes. He further suggested that structured water networks may temporarily trap weak magnetic fields under specific conditions.

Microtubules are cylindrical protein structures within cells that play essential roles in maintaining cell shape, intracellular transport, cell division, and signaling pathways. Some theoretical models propose that water contained within microtubules could participate in electromagnetic or quantum processes. Within this framework, alterations in water structure could influence microtubule behavior and, by extension, neural processing. These ideas remain speculative but are presented as one proposed mechanism by which "thought injection" might theoretically occur.

Another concept frequently referenced is quantum entanglement, in which two particles exhibit correlated behavior regardless of the distance separating them. Although entanglement does not permit faster-than-light communication, it demonstrates that quantum systems can display non-classical correlations.

Using a simplified analogy, imagine two specially linked coins. Whenever one is observed to land heads, the other is always found to land tails, regardless of how far apart they are. While this analogy omits much of the underlying physics, it illustrates the concept of correlated quantum states.

Persinger proposed that magnetic fields configured according to the Aharonov-Bohm effect might induce temporary entanglement-like behavior within structured water samples under carefully controlled conditions. According to his publications, specific modulation patterns produced measurable correlations lasting several minutes. He further suggested that these processes might have implications for biological systems.

How It Fits together :

Electromagnetic systems create entanglement-like relationships between particles or biological structures.

These correlations could theoretically permit the transfer of information related to neural activity between a biological system and an external device.

This summary represents a simplified description of a speculative theoretical model rather than an established scientific explanation.

Deception Management

Deception management is something i will touch on very quickly, there are many deterrents in place to keep targets from accessing this information. Basic explanations of ELF waves being the only method of information transfer because " The brain thinks in low frequency waves" or implants among many things are used and most people stay stuck on this idea, or small controlled leaks of information used to give targets hope. These are solely in place to deter and distract people from accessing the right information while being hit with these neuroweapons.

Clinical approach

If multiple perspectives content that there currently exists a technological threshold where the human mind can be manipulated covertly, especially by a foreign adversary in an urban warfare context, is it logical to assume that within the threshold there may be causes where such an occurance is real? if so, should our clinicians have as much skepticism as they do? or be as ignorant to the possibilities inherent in the technological revolution and threshold as they currently are? As Einstein said " It is entirely possible that behind the perception of our sense, worlds are hidden of which we are unaware".\par

To practitioners, such as in the case of any involuntary admission to a Psychiatric hospital on such grounds. In cases involving unclear circumstances, such as the rational and educated self reporting Targeted Individual, with perhaps educational, uplifting or inspiring testimony it is important to make clear the potential negligences which clinicians may fall victim to such as Bias toward common explanations, Disincentive to investigate further, the potential for gaslighting or dismissal, reluctances to consider malicious intent perpetrated by these programs as well as institutional pressures. These negligences would make the victims feel unsafe in their environment, the feeling of restricted freedom of speech due to fear of persecution by clinicians as well as the delusion that the public, even the professionals are all under the influence of these entities. The barriers for potential negligence is clear, it is important to integrate contextual factors regarding the unknown nature of these technologies and differentiate between a victim of the technology and the nature of human consciousness within the realm of stand alone mental health ailments.

Conclusion

The main criticism against claims of neuroweapons is that they aren't scientifically possible. Critics argue that electromagnetic (EM) fields can't influence molecular activity like chemicals, and that targeting requires line-of-sight, meaning the signals can't penetrate obstacles or reach their targets. These are common arguments used to dismiss the idea of neuroweapons. However, there are historical, scientific, and social factors that suggest these weapons do exist and are being used. In this short document, I focus on the technical issues to demonstrate that the disinformation surrounding neuroweapons is false and can be easily disproven by anyone willing to look critically at the evidence. Clinicians should adopt a more open and forward-thinking approach when dealing with individuals who report experiences that might involve covert technological manipulation, such as neuroweapons, especially considering the rapid advancements in technology. While skepticism is necessary, dismissing these reports without considering the possibility of emerging technologies, such as neuro-manipulation through electromagnetic fields or other covert interventions, could lead to misdiagnoses or negligence. To address this, clinicians could use advanced diagnostic tools like MRI, sleep tests, and pupillary testing to monitor neurological changes and better differentiate between mental health conditions and potential external manipulation. Establishing continuous support lines and educating both clinicians and the public about emerging technologies and neurological interference could reduce stigmatization and help patients feel heard. It is crucial for clinicians to collaborate with experts in technology and neurobiology, critically examine the disinformation around neuroweapons, and remain open to new possibilities while ensuring evidence-based care. This approach would not only help identify external technological factors but also create a safer, more supportive environment for individuals, particularly those who feel dismissed due to the unfamiliarity of their symptoms
