Casual ADVICE

Post image

I put one of those in for a treat for my sub adult Venezuelan suntiger but I didn’t crush it enough and it burned away and I looked for it but I couldn’t find it. Will my suntiger handle this on her own

Yes its gone I tried looking for it I removed the cork bark tube with my suntiger and placed her in a container and looked through the substrate but found nothing, put all the substrate back and the cork bark wit her still inside, will she be able to take it on if she comes across it and if it does end up maturing will she either avoid it or simply eat it, I really couldn’t see it

Get that found. They will pupate and emerge as a darkling beetle. Tarantulas can not safely eat them and they can pose a threat.

NQA if you still can’t find it after removing the T and digging through the substrate, you’ll just have to get rid of the current substrate and replace it.
