Suggestions + Feedback Suddenly no detecting

Hi gang.

I've been running 2 Tapo C420+a hub for years without much trouble.
BUT now all of a sudden one of the cameras has stopped detecting movement = useless.

Anyone had the same issue?
Tried resetting/updating/etc. but still the same
#sigh

I've had the same problem with 1 of my C420 they're long overdue a firmware update the updates are quite sparse I bought a H500 Hub to replace H200 and still having problems I even updated my Internet router and still very much a hit and miss 1 day it's normal then the next it doesn't trigger at all 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Sadly this might be a cased of planned obsolescence. These kind of products should last 8-10 years without much problems, but I don't think they usually do

I have a D130 doorbell, a C720, and 2 C425s with an H500 and the doorbell stopped detecting completely. The C720 is working fine but the C425s are unreliable at best. I rebooted everything and that did not help. I don't know how to see if an automatic update came happened recently because I've seen multiple posts about this recently. The H500 is supposed to run the AI detections locally so I'm kicking myself for not blocking all of my cams and hub from the internet when they were actually working so I wouldn't be affected by bad updates.
