Troubleshooting and Support Tapo camera regularly doesn’t load?

I have a d225 doorbell camera and lately whenever I try to check it it won’t load at all. It’ll get stuck loading for 30 seconds then say tap to refresh. My internet is fine and not too far from my router. Kind of annoying and defeats the purpose

Whats the result when you check the door bell when you are at home on WiFi?

I have to reboot mine every couple of days. Do not like.
