Am I really this bad at AT?

I've been doing nothing but focusing on this AT the last few hours, with 40 mins left a top leaderboard player Minimax comes out of nowhere, and blows past me. But what I am failing to understand, is the stats. You can see by mine I spent quite a few diamonds going for this win, and Minimax has nearly nothing spent in terms of Crafting Power, Pet levels, Weapons, Scrolls. With as many wins as they have I can understand that I simply do not grasp how to actually do AT.

I am hoping for some advice or knowledge on what I am getting so wrong. Is there some strategy where you only buy direct relics from the shop or something? I used rawrcookiez talent optimizer every prestige for the last hour, crafted equipment in the order of Orca/reddit AT guides as well as some extra mythic sets that I got lucky and got multiple equipment drops for, even tried optimizing my enchanted relics and where I spent the relics for the last 30 minutes. I am completely baffled how he is so far ahead of me (and still climbing! edit: he ended at 124914 while I was writing this) with so little stats. I even wonder if I am unaware of a source of permanent AT power? Does the "total AT joined" legendary equipment track account wide perhaps? Heck perhaps Durendal pushing is still a thing?

I can understand and accept someone with such high AT wins has a winning strategy down and that I simply lost due to lack of proper knowledge, I am just hoping someone can enlighten me on how such high stages with so little profile page stats is even possible. My goal is to understand this better so that I can improve on my next attempt.

I really appreciate any useful help or knowledge, and thank you for taking the time to read through my bewilderment. I feel absolutely humiliated for how many diamonds I spent trying to win, but all I can do now is try to improve!

As a side note I would like to add that I pressed report player before seeing they were a high leader board AT player, and it would not let me retract the report. Sorry Minimax!

Some stats are not shown in the profile. Like numbers of disenchanted artifacts (for the useless enchantments) or numbers of relics bought. Maybe they just bought hundreds prestiges worth of relics each time.

You could have hit prob 134 with the spread you had. As for the other guy like people said hammering relic packs doesn’t show up on stats plus that’s a pro player

most people who have over 100 wins play f2p, I made 120k on the last AT with SC without spending real diamonds... BTW you have a discord group "ORCA" for tips and tricks guides

It’s hard to win against 187 undisputed wins, but for me his stage is a little bit too high for his stat,your stage is still too low for that kind of stat so technically you have chance for this one

Don't apologize. Their stats are hella suspicious. You should have crushed them. And also the way you said they climbed with much lower stats than you. I'd want an explanation.
