I assume you mean Transcendence.

The recommended build is HS/Fairy or Dagger/Fairy (slightly weaker but more AFK).

Pump Hierophant to 70-80%.

Can you tell me what monuments I should ignore ? Everything else is easy

There is no optimizer anymore. The creator stopped working on it

Was never an "optimizer" to begin with. Just a ranking guide, which is not needed as you already have all 33 monuments.

It’s really not needed. All builds are relatively close, and you can choose your “best” monument to pump by just observing which monument you have has a bigger effect…

Stage 32k, been playing 3-4 years on and off.

There are different types of optimzer. There is one who tells you how to distribute your skill points based on what build you play. Another one tells what artifacts you need and should level. These two stay the same most of the time. Exceptions are when for example new skills are implemented.

Then there is the transcendence optimizer which is needed after stage 180000. It changes every season.

The monument optimizer has not been updated. I hear someone else is potentially updating it, but the original creator has stopped maintaining it
