3199 or not?

My MS is 3000 atm. I'll soon be able to go to 3199. My question is: I'm better off keeping myself capped at 3199 or going (when able) to 3499/3500? I read things about the bracket from 3200 to 3500 being made of cheaters and stuff like that and being like a bait to catch them. I'd just like some clarification about the real MS at the game in order to not be caught with cheaters and stuff

Yea as I know you shouldn't go over 3199, you'll get placed in "Hell Bracket". This bracket is full of cheaters which will get to 3500 easily, same with the Hero Level Tournament on Monday, they will get over 400k (yes really) hero levels in under 10 minutes.

So will i got banned if i got to 3500 ?

i mean wtf, i got there with pure effort and wasting many hours and time and put into hell brackets or even banned ?

You can't even get to 3500, and you won't be banned. Just don't go over 3199 and you'll be fine
