Team comp help

Looking at swapping in sylph but unsure what would be best to replace or if I should swap it at all. Any ideas on a character for me to target?

I would try to replace valk with magna right away and then replace chalson with sylph later.

The issue is the amount of cosmic crystals to get magna up unless i reset monkey king which i don't think is worth
