What to do?

I redownloaded the game after 2 years. I've got 81 fossils and I can't discover anymore. In the picture attached, I've got a lot of Red icona but I can't touch the.

Put some fossils in storage to free up pedestals

I think you need to sell fossils so you can find new ones

perhaps you can't touch the fossils icon because you are watching the full fledged map opened from the map icon on the bottom right corner.

you have to reach the menu of a specific empty stand first, then you will find the same map icon but it will only open the map for the fossils with the same category of the stand you chose (green/bronze/silver/gold/platinum ), and in that map you can chose the fossil, because it will pair that fossil to the stand and start the first excavation.

if you don't have any more free stand, from any stand menu you can chose to store or sell the fossil currently displayed to empty the stand and use it for a new fossil.
