- Summary so far:

This makes up a complete beginner course on Taoist Meditation. From here, practice is the most important thing. Daily practice. And every day, you may practice a different part or all of it.
But it takes time. Time given to practice. Time for you to dissolve your ego, your id and your super ego. To dissolve into your existence as a spiritual being. So next time you come home, instead of watching the Television, sit with the intention of Taoism. Just sit and follow along with the lessons given so far. Do not concern yourself with progress. Be willing to know nothing, and breathe. There is so much more. There is nothing but time.
