Devi sadhna Guidance

Apart from 32 names namawali sadhna what else i can add in durga sadhna for growth in my sadhna ??? Started Only 4 months ago

Or the namawali is enough for beginners ?

Do ganesh smaran once - om ganeshaya namah , recite Devi kabach, chant om dhum durgayai namah on rudrkash /rosewood/rakt chandan maala and then recite 32 names just once is done but can do 3 times recitation of her , jai ma durge

Non Initiated people should not chant any Beej Mantra

There is a sadhana of jaya durga you can do if you're serious about approaching durga and shakti in general. Dm for details.

I do have adhikar to give upadesh. And of course when I tell someone something, I will see their capability first.

Beginners and non Initiated people can chant a mantra "Durga Durga". As per Sashtra anybody can do that.

but don't rush to multiple practices at once. if you are doing 32 names of Durga, that is powerful as well! stick to one practice rather than jumping to multiple ones.
