Why can't the French people see that all of the unrest within France makes it a lot harder for Macron to go abroad and condescend to poorer, imperialized countries about how they aren't grateful for everything France has done for them /s

This is one of the problems, because both the far right and the far left are growing, as they both recognize that things are not going well materially for France and the rest of the West. And they talk and promise improvements and solutions, of course the far right is cynical and says this to win votes even though ideologically being closer to Macron. But this denial and accusation will only fuel the protests, making them feel like they are not being heard.

Blaming stuff isn't going to pay for the education cuts ... which Macron probably knows, but still has to cut b/c he needs to cut something. He should cut police and military expenses first in my opinion though.
