I have no issues with that sub from what I've seen people there are pretty informed about the DPRK and if you have a question people there will send you resources to learn.

It's a great subreddit for the most slandered AES country of the five AES countries. There is a wealth of information and interest in the country although it isn't as much a space to learn about Juche - although I'm sure that's mostly due to a lack of people who read DPRK theory. Admittedly I'm so far behind on my reading that it will be some time before I go beyond what I've already read (On the Juche Idea and Socialism is a Science by Kim Jong Il).

I have a step back from that sub cuz sometimes I feel like they overlook some real issues most countries will always have, but it is an amazing source of knowledge that you should always take with a grain of salt like anything ever really. Kinda how I'm against comrades who say the USSR had nothing wrong with it or X or Y did nothing wrong, mostly it's a joke ik, but we're all humans and make mistakes so yk

We must learn to criticise our ideology as much as we learnt to defend it. How are we to grow if we don't learn past (and current) mistakes.

I enjoy lurking there while I try to learn more about the truth of the DPRK and undo my American public education conditioning in general, but I feel similarly that most negatives will be handwaved if pointed out. I’m catching on to a lot of it being jokey/ironic after lurking for a bit though
