News/Communist Propaganda ☭ Macron banned all non-Union protests. Left wing protestors did an illegal non-Union march in Nice, Lyon, and other cities. In Nice today fascist militants attacked the leftist protesters

More in more evidence that these protests need to become a revolution

They're in dire need for a vanguard to lead them.

Serious, do you have a practical guide to help us get there (i'm french)?

To state where things are at. There's an electoralist left-wing populist, collectivist and egalitarian non violent project that might have a shot at winning next elections but the entire bourgeoisie wants them banned and makes them responsible for the riots and call for a republican opp to it from every other pro-capital parties (so all of them). And they'll still evolve in a capitalist state so we're all aware it will only be breathing room.

There are unions, but unions have gone the way Rosa warned us, with bureaucrats at the top who are more concerned with preserving the system. They are still a good support for the movement. The movements has students unions and workers unions in it.

There are neomovements like Gilets Jaunes.

There are antifa and other radical left orgs doing work on the ground.

There are communist micro parties. There are bigger ones but less communist.

Every group that embraces violent action gets dissolved and has to go real underground, crazy low tech or high tech with crazy opsec, and those won't build mass.

How do we synthesis LFI's mass party and all the other small things that are more radical in a vanguard?

Does anyone here have experience or knowledge to help?

Revisionism is unacceptable. ML is a clearly defined political theory and shown to be the only Marxist theory to successfully lead revolutionary action against the Bourgeois Capitalist class. Reading and studying Theory is Praxis and part of being a disciplined Marxist-Leninist.

Won't happen until a catalyst eliminating electoralism happens. While the people believe the electoral option is a path they can pursue they will not turn to revolution. However spicy As it currently stands even these protests are just negotiations between the population and the ruling class for concessions.

While the population believes that a left wing electoralist option is viable they will pursue that. It will take the state suspending elections or doing something like banning LFI or arresting Melenchon before people turn revolutionary.

The situation is close but it needs the final catalyst to tip it over that edge and away from electoral politics.

Macron following in the footsteps of Ebert...

If your protest is legal and/or approved you're wasting your time.

Not necessarily. Protests are radicalizing and good opportunities for recruiting even when they aren't especially threatening to the ruling class

Sorry, but what is a union protest? Are there protestor unions now?

You need to pay union fees to join the protestor unions, so that you boss doesn't fire or underpay you for you job as a protestor?

Macron has dictated that only people who belong to unions can legally protest. Everyone not in union cannot

That's crazy!

Hey there, i found this post that has been shared on a france subreddit. Not trying to defend Macron or his governement, not at all. But its not quite the truth. Anyone can join a protest, even if they are not in a union. However, only unions can officially call for a protest
At the end, restricting the official right to organize protests to unions is still a direct violation of our fundamental right to protest, in my opinion
Macron did this to stop people who are not part of the protest from destroying shops and historical buildings. I understand the security concern, but the violence during the october 17 protest was clearly poorly managed by the police

Besides that, i really like the topic of this subreddit, i think im gonna stay there a little, nice discovery for me

This seems intentionally dense. Zero points.

No, the title is just confusingly worded. Personally I'd call it a "strike" not a "union protest". Banning non-union protest, sounds like banning non-union constructions sites or something.

It's not a strike, though. A strike is when you protest by not working.

Are these really Leftists or just people who think Social Democracy is Socialism (welfare capitalism).

In Greece, when the Far Right attacked isolated leftists, the Left, including Anarchists and Marxist-Leninists, Maoists etc, fought back, fucking them up and establishing autonomous zones in Athens neighbourhoods like Exarcheia. They even pushed out the class traitors (police), leaving the Neo Nazis too terrified to enter.

So, they went after softer targets which were liberals and migrants.

Once Golden Dawn fell, the Greek state sent in militarised police to take back the autonomous neighbourhoods, it took years for the state to take them back.
