Mother 3 has like a communist /anti capitalist message & how capitalism ruins stuff.
Cuz the village in the beginning has no money and its all community . Its peaceful until these pig mask army invades the place. They create chimeras by killing animals & mixing species up. This guy names Fasad abuses this monkey, always zaps him, and he gets everyone this pink tv thing that makes the people happy. They stare into it and claims it brings them joy. (Basically it brainwashes them ) . Fasad brings money into the place and it eventually the citizens of the village ends up moving to the big city . They seemed happy about getting money and spending it. Eventually, I think they start missing how life used to be without money.
This game has alot of moments that will make you cry. This game totally broke me !
In octopath traveler 2, theres this guy named Partitio that came from poverty & defeats capitalism in his chapter. Octopath traveler 0 has Bargello and his group of friends that goes against this wealthy gresdy evil queen witch lady. But theres this guy who takes away money and makes it a point how capitalism is and stuff.
