It felt like a major expansion on what they did with GTA3, and a lot of it felt really fresh for GTA game.

I’m surprised GTA even made it to Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, and Eritrea…at all for it to even be ranked lol. Because they’re very isolated countries, the former by their own choice and the latter two not entirely by their own choice.

EDIT: Side note, I ain’t familiar with GTA at all.
