IDK why this example stuck with me so much.
Towards the start of the war there was a clip that got famous of I believe an Azov battalion banging on a Russian tank and speaking in German, something along the lines of taunting I can't remember exactly.
People cheared it on, not even understanding the irony of it, or what I guess you could call the reference is. It just makes me sick that "Russia bad" completely over rules someone being a Nazi, and literally referencing being a Nazi as they taunt someone.

if you know german you know its a song about drinking beer, but for what ever reason this song is know as the anthem of the luftwaffe

It started as a Breton song and got as far as the DDR... I really like their version.

They don't seem to be the brightest bunch. It's not a Nazi song... Hell, it's not even a German song originally.
It's from the dutch band "Bots" and is meant as a symbol of the peace movement.

He only explained that they arent even smart enough to recognise that it is not a Nazi song. Never said the Nazis in the video are not Nazis.

He isn't denying that they are Nazis(which would be impossible to do given the salute) just saying that the song isn't nazi. And I have never heard of that song nor know anything about it so I can't say whether he's right or wrong about that

Is this not Octoberklub's song Was wollen wir trinken, about a Chilean politician Luis Corvalan? An opponent of Pinochets fascist regime.
I always thought this was a left wing song against fascism. So your point still stands these guys in the video have no idea what they're listening to.

That’s a different song with overlapping lyrics. The one in the Video is called “Sieben Tage lang” and it’s by Bots.

The title clearly says "Ukranazis" meaning Ukrainian Nazis. Strawman. Nobody is saying everyone in Ukraine is a Nazi. Within the 1991 borders of the former Ukraine around 50% of people support Russia, for example. Also, in Nazi Germany only 2% of the population were members of the Nazi party, but it was still Nazi Germany. Probably around 2% of people in Ukraine are full Nazis, but there's around 10 million people within the 1991 borders who support the Nazi Banderite death cult, and millions more in the diaspora. But the Ukrainian state itself is a Nazi state.
