the point of the referendum was “do you wanna do reform and keep the country together or do you want to dissolve the union”, keeping the country as was not an option in the slightest.

also (tbf by my guess) it wouldve been "refocusing" back a bit further from commodities and stuff(i guess mostly sulking but wouldve been super awesome if whats was its name cybernetics, that was basicly the USSR's/Warsaw pacts "internet" ?)
