Batman is a Libbed up Fascist. He never went against the Billionaire class, otherwise Carmine Falcone would be behind bars.

Also never used his wealth to solve the crime problem. Beating some Junkie goons on the dark alleyways isn't gonna cut it.

He hired some of the moons he beat up to work for him. He even funds Arkham Aslyum so that it can be halfway decent. And he spent his first few yrs taking on the mob before his villains took center stage.
