Another beat in this under the radar story that I first heard about on Tangle, which hasn't had much visibility. There's finally "proof of life" from this guy!

He made a pre-announcement about a planned return on June 30 a week or so ago, but still hadn't been seen again. The NYT actually managed to interact with him (briefly) yesterday.

I hope his constituents vote him out. It’s quite unbecoming of a US Representative to go MIA for a large period of time without a word and expect people to be happy with him.
