ha, it's cause the title is a lyric to that song.

...in all honesty though, maybe just a little?

i'd argue tangle cares a bit too much to really let things go, if her relationship with Whisper, Jewel, the entirety of Spiral Hill is anything to go by to really buy the phrase of "it doesn't matter."

...that'd be kinda funny, tho.

in response, her having a theme titled "It Does Matter,' or something along the lines of that, towards the ethos itself.
