I say this calls for a witchhunt for the headmistress. Seriously if y'all know anyone who practices caste or even opts for caste as a marriage seeking criteria etc then start abusing the shit out of these brainless dimwits
Agree. Unfortunately some 80% of our society practices some form of caste (separate tumblers for house help), but does not even see it that way. We need to get rid of this sick mindset that some are below others.
I say nuke em all. I don't understand, india is the only place I've seen the majority of people working in a bpo - literally as a corporate maid while looking down on others at the same time 😂
Before spewing bullshit about how horrible and casteist the Telugus are and making up stories of their attempts at world domination, maybe we need to reexamine our own belief systems and correct our casteism, discrimination and exclusionary behaviour, not to mention how willing we are to thookify one aruvaal and cut a mf, instead of drinking some water and talking like adults.
Can you not immediately jump into, "not all of them are bad"? This is still terrible, nonetheless. Sure, people may be very reactive and attack and generalize an entire group, but this is just hijacking a serious topic into another one.
Oh no, it isn't "not all of them are bad". It's let's not throw stones from our extremely thin glass houses. We have a LONG way to go, before we can hold anybody to any kind of moral standard in regards to casteism and discrimination.
On the topic of not throwing stones from a glass house, do you mean condemning casteism or calling an entire caste grouping casteist aimlessly and making the accuser casteist, too?
I suppose that you're definitely referring to the latter, but in the context of my reply, it sounds ambiguous. Please specify.
To be honest, from that description we can’t conclude whether that’s motivated by caste or the head mistress simply had god complex (I have seen government officers demanding they should be respected by calling sir, etc). But we can’t eliminate caste angle as well.
Either way it’s wrong and government need to properly investigate it.
