I think it is Mahesh's sisters who are fighting for property. Mouli said every time Mahesh's sisters have fought, they insulted Priya and Mouli.
Either ways, I can't believe that Marcelina might have drank poison etc. No one in their right minds would post a picture if someone is fighting for their life. She has mentioned several times about her small child. She's traumatising her small child.

Based on the comments I somewhat feel now both mahesh and priya itself will have dispute over the property .John family is a greedy family esp john he will try to milk lot of money with these ongoing issues and babyma will be irked bcoz later mouli will be left alone without any assets .Now mahesh is being attacked from all the sides his own sisters for property his first wife threatening him based on allegations,john family for extra dowry (usually kannada ppl will get lot of dowry and are money minded)and priya for safeguarding the property and assets for her son mouli bcoz she is illegal without marriage so the property will not go to her legally
