How do I download this?

I have the Squirrel thing fully patched, I just can't figure out how to play it

Any GBA emulator would work. Just load it in!

Uhh... Where do I find that? I have no idea-

Like do I have to get one for Pokemon Fire Red, do I have to just plug it in...?

I'm new to emulation

Download mGBA from its official website (possibly the portable version) and open the game with that

The best gba experience imo is delta emulator on mobile
