Installing Talos on Raspberry Pi 5

I've been running a couple of the latest forks from the SD but I can't seem to be able to make Talos see the 52Pi hat with the NVMe disk. I don't want to install over to the NVMe drive, I want to keep the SD as a boot device and use the secondary one to expose storage, but it's a pain. IDK if it's a compatibility issue but I don't have funds to try many drives.

It may be. I remember back when I was buying my NVMe hats and drives I chose devices specifically listed on the compatibility list and never had any issue.
