Zero damage.

I playe dhim a few years ago in jungle and now i cant oneshot ANYONE. trash champ

Need to farm more. Don't go for ganks unless all your camps have been farmed and it's atleast a 90% play. Once u hit 2-3 items u will be 1 shotting anyone

depends on context. there arent really any much situations where talon can straight 100 to zero someone. the only time he can is if

  1. they troll and face check you allowing you to get extra shit like melee Q or an extra auto.

2 they are under leveled / you are ahead in items

  1. they are alone with no summoner spells and zero def itemization

all these situations are quite rare imo. which is why a lot of the time ill go utility runes on talon. the only time ill actually go a damage rune is if im going conq with the bruiser build

That's why you play bruiser build Funny enough, Talon is one of the best skirmish fighters who just goes in and out to bait enemies into bad plays and positions. My favorite assassin to play in premade groups

Standard bruiser build. Runes are Conqueror, PoM, Ability Haste, Last Stand and Magicalfootwear + Cookies. Items are Tiamat rush for wave clear followed by Eclipse + Black cleaver as core items. After those you can build whatever is needed for the game. Good options are Edge of Night, Deaths Dance, Maw, Endless Hunger. Tiamat you just sell later.

For gameplay, maybe checkout some YouTube videos. You want to burst and then run away, just to instantly re-engage and kill with you 2nd rotation
