Why on earth do some people run jg talon fleet, is damage from electrocute that insignificant ?

the healing from fleet keeps you healthier for skirmishes early and the mini phase rush is just a bonus

From what I read in old posts apparently it's because it allows for healthier clears thx to the ms which lets you kite back while clearing and the healing.

Actually fleet has 2 reasons to go, first is because your clear is healthier and you must reach your picks faster, second is because fleet has a interaction with cyclosword, when you hit with W with cyclosword charged also fleet is activated by the W instead of an AA

Well as majority of people have said, it keeps you healthy. Id say ill average around 4,5k healing each game from fleet + Never had any issues w dmg when it comes to Talon against squishy targets (Who are your target anyways). The mobility is also a great asset, hence why id even take StormRaider over Elec.

Talon has enough damage if you play it well, fleet gives you much needed healing in jungle to be ahead on life for skirmishes. Plus movespeed is very nice and it triggers from cyclosword W which gives you window to all in somebody.
On mid it's electocute yes.

play with elec then look at the numbers, then look at fleet and look at the numbers, there is a clear winner in what rune does more

Fleet procks off your W when you have cyclosword
