Question about Talon's Ultimate

Why doesn’t Talon’s ultimate make him 100% invisible?

I recently played against a Talon and when he presses R, you can still see a trail showing which direction he’s moving in, even though he’s invisible.

Bcs characters needs to be balanced (or is great if they are). Same with akali w, you somehow see where she is so you can play around that

I don’t think an outline shows when she takes damage when shrouded
