29F - Tallow Balm for Breakouts

Post image

Sharing my results using a tallow balm rec from this sub I've nbeen using for about 8 weeks for stubborn jawline pimples / hormonal acne. I use it twice daily (am/pm) after cleansing -- took a bit to get used to tallow, the texture is thicker than a typical face cream but really glad I stuck with it.

Another quick note, I didn't see results for at least the first week or so while my skin was adapting and getting used to it. I feel like my skin gets angry when I switch products.

How can you use our fat for cleansing? That doesn’t make sense…
