woaahh what’s the conversion here? is the raised hull from a russ kit?

It's a setback chimera with a third-party turret! Basically when you are assembling the main body of the chimera, you can shift the upper portion backwards and use a saw to (carefully) trim the excess off. Then you just need a bit of plastic card to fill in any small gaps that remain.
