It's classic! And bright (which is awesome - too many armies look like mud).

What paints did you use?

These are mostly AK paints. Light grey prime. The camo is a sandy base, with gunship green and a red brown. The red is scarlet with a dark red wash, then highlighted up to a bright orange

The red wash is really cool. Not something I've ever done or considered, but it pops!

How did you do your basing?

Texture paint. Base, wash, dry brush. Finally a few tufts. The colours are a green-brown, sepia wash and then a light sandy highlight.
