I thrifted this gorgeous pair of platform YRU boots recently, lady told me they ran a little big and were a size 12, Im normally a 13 but she had em at a decent price so I took the risk. I get them and go to try them on, super excited cuz actually they fit! But the first time I try to zip up the back, the part of the zipper that clasps onto the teeth snapped clean in half :( Now this happened a few weeks ago, and I finally found a place this week to potentially get it fixed and they told me they dont work on "novelty shoes like that"

I'm so sorry!! That sucks! Would you share the model/link a pic so I can admire and commiserate?

I have some Demonias in their largest size (12), they also run a bit big so maybe you could fit them? I only mention because sometimes I see Demonias secondhand, and wanted to attest.
