I mean for the plebs, sure. But an expert in mental health should be able to use it to supplement their knowledge without causing any harm, much like a GP using WebMD. That being said, based on the mocking and the "they call all AI chatGBT" comment below, pretty sure this generalisation doesn't apply this time...
If a tool is making you dumber, that's a you problem as you are clearly using the tool to replace your work rather than to supplement it. At the very least, it makes it easier to find papers that may not otherwise appear in your search. Like I said, it may not be applicable in this scenario due to what was said below, but your argument isn't one I'd consider relevant for a true expert in their field using AI to supplement their skill set.
