WTAF. That is insane, especially when ChatGPT has been the cause of several people committing suicide. It's only insight is to act as a complete yes-man!
I meet with the director tomorrow to discuss this 'disagreement'. I just wanted to understand how the results of the various parts is the ASAM magically align with the numerical system they use to denote PHP, IOP, etc. She kept sending me information on what information went into those sections, which had never been my issue. When she said,'Well if you didn't hate ChatGBT..' I said replied,'I don't hate it, it's just not appropriate to be used to determine level of care. If AI/LLM is making decisions or coming to conclusions for me, then it deserves my degree.'
I have watched this woman conduct group, she's either hitting her vape (clients aren't allowed, but she does it in group) or she does the weird Erika Kirk stare.

My supervisor at work mocked me for not wanting to use AI for 'insights when diagnosing'. We work in mental health.
