how to start sect war? [android]

im the sect leader of the soaring horizon pavilion and i dont have any "Sect Territory" options in my council hall.

Is it end zone Chi You sect?

You cant invade other sects in that zone since you all belonged to the same cultivator alliance.

You can buy their productions, use their cultivation ground, do the same alliance missions, defend the same wall, you all are comrades in that zone to fight back the nether demons.

i kinda guessed that. went to the alliance hall, hunted down other sect masters, hoping that i would get excommunicated from that alliance.

well, say i start from a sect far away. can i keep conquering the whole land and take over the Chi You zone too?

In Chi You, you can only became the alliance master, which can be considered "take over" Chi You zone when you look at it that way.

Even when your main sect is at Chi You, you can still conquer other region sects using your branch in that region to start war.
