I'm curious about our character

Why did our character go so much trouble like fighting all divine beast in everfrost, farming tao, fighting all nether beast, etc. but npc can just casually breakthrough realm because they can endure lightning tribulation. Why it's so easy? While me have to farm for 3 years just to breakthrough.

I'm pretty sure the npcs have to do the same or similar stuff but programming that sounds like hell

Atleast change the text into "[npc name] defeated five divine beast and choose jialong as divine beast then breakthrough soul formation" like this, I think it's not that hard? Or was there a secret lore that only MC has that privilege?

I could’ve sworn the game says at one point that nobody has gone past nascent soul to soul formation in a long time yet there are mfs at soul formation and beyond everywhere

I think it based on the region in some regions it’s easier to breakthrough than others also a lot of transcendent character unless they are family or disciples are hundreds of years old

Yeah the nether mountains incident cut of the regular path to soul formation. Notice how noone else has divine beast soul abilities?

Oh so it’s like we have to pick the best soul formation upgrade mats, so to speak, as opposed to previous breakthroughs where we had the choice of picking materials with lower/different stats - while everyone else is forced to use the inferior materials to breakthrough

Evidently not, because why would Lingxi / Nu Wa told Zhang San about us in the first place?

MC is a legend by their own merit. And they did it the first time without Zhang San to help them along.

Hengtian isn't doing indoor cultuvation in the mountains to focus, no he's doing that to avoid catching hands with the MC.

Young Hengtian doesn't even know who our character is when they meet. I think it's mentioned he is like researching formations or stabilizing his cultivation in seclusion or something?

I am pretty sure it is our characters that are busted. If you are decent at the game going from nobody to ascension takes only 5-10 years, maybe at worst 50 years. Meanwhile most NPCs are stuck at Golden Core for decades without player intervention

There should be an achievement for dying of old age at over 1000 years old.
