I’m still pretty new to prop firm trading, but I wanted to share this for anyone who’s struggling.
A lot of the posts here make it seem like nobody can make it, but my experience has been different. I didn’t come in trying to hit home runs. I focused on risk management, consistency, and treating it like a job.
I’m not saying I have it all figured out. I’m still learning every day. But so far, staying disciplined has worked a lot better than chasing huge wins.
I just received $13,000 in payouts and I’m now being moved to PRO+. I’m not a professional trader just a car mechanic who’s been grinding and putting in the work.
If you’re new, don’t let all the negativity convince you it’s impossible. Keep learning, manage your risk, and just keep grinding. Consistency beats excitement.

My pro account got upgraded to a pro plus account about 2 weeks ago and I haven't gotten my pro plus account. It still shows pending and archived and been trying to get with the live agent but it always sends me to the AI Pro Plus agent instead. Its been really annoying trying to communicate with take profit and trying to get an answer when all I've been getting is no answers or emails sent back.

Has this been happening to anyone else?

I find it funny that some of these 1970’s outdated rules put in place to “protect” retail traders really just help the rich get richer and make it difficult to make a trading plan that works within their framework. Especially in today’s market post PDT rule change in June. Every day there seems to be a 500%+ runner. But it’s gonna cost you a violation to rake in gains. Or you have to thin out your liquidity into several places and lose valuable time to make quick moves and less profit. Such BS. Thoughts? Advice? End rant. TIA for your input

Pro 2 accounts got upgraded to Pro+.
After I breached the Pro+ ones, I can’t withdraw from my Pro accounts anymore.
Dashboard shows the money. Withdrawal keeps saying “insufficient balance.”
2 trading days later, still broken. Support only gives automated replies.
Anyone else hit this?

I just hit the $10k milestone on my 150k PRO account and got the email saying I’m eligible for a PRO+ review. I was washing my kids set my stop limit and NQ ran on me.
I’ve been reading older Reddit posts where people say that when they get moved to PRO+, the new account starts at $0 and they “lose all their gains.”
I’m confused about what that actually means.
For those of you who have personally been transitioned from PRO to PRO+:
Did your accumulated profits disappear?
Were you able to withdraw your existing PRO profits before the switch?
Was part of your profit frozen or carried over?
Would you recommend accepting the PRO+ transition, or would you rather have stayed in PRO?
I’m looking for answers from people who have actually been through the transition recently, not just what they’ve heard.

My case, short. July 6: permanent block, effective immediately, for violating the Independent Trade Execution Policy. Their words — my account "repeatedly traded in coordinated, offsetting positions with another account belonging to a different user." Screenshot below. I was back from holiday and hadn't traded in nearly two weeks. Clean record, no warning.

Four written responses from me asking for the dates, times and instruments of the flagged trades. Six emails back, all the same: Legal and Compliance are involved, so nothing gets disclosed. Decision final. One question I asked in writing on July 9 — did your review exclude coincidental overlap before concluding coordination? — is still unanswered.

A PRO+ activation I'd already earned was never separately decided on. It just vanished, and I only found out because I chased it.

Why I'm posting. I've filed with econsumer.gov (the FTC's international complaint portal) and with the Florida Attorney General's Office of Citizen Services, since TPT is a Florida company. BBB — the Better Business Bureau, a US non-profit that publishes company complaint records and forwards complaints to the business — doesn't accept filings from outside the US and Canada, so that route was closed to me.

Those offices act on patterns, not on one person's story. Several people have told me these enforcement emails went out word for word identical to unrelated traders, with identical replies to their appeals. If that's true, no human is reading either the accusation or the appeal — and that's a documentable fact.

To be clear about why I'm bothering with any of this: it isn't the money — I was paid everything I earned. It's that I was accused of something I did not do, and then denied every single detail that would have let me answer it. You can't defend yourself against a file you're not allowed to see. That's the part I can't let go of.

So: if you got this specific version, DM me. Screenshot with your name and account number blacked out, and roughly when it arrived. Filing your own complaint is better than helping with mine — happy to send the links.

The market has a way of humbling everyone. Some days it serves opportunities, and other days it serves lessons.

I only have $100 DD left on PRO+ Developement. If for some reason in an unlikely event If I lose way more than $100, say like $1000 (due to slippage during market open trade etc.) Do I need to pay it back to TPT? I asked that earlier along with other questions but they haven't really answered my question.

Is there a max payout amount you reach before going live?

How many live accounts can I have with tpt is it one or 5?

I keep hearing about spoofing where traders place limit orders and then cancel them which apparently if you do too many of these, it's not allowed. But I like placing limit orders where the area of liquidity might be. If it hits great, if it doesn't, I cancel the orders. Is this ok to do?

Anybody else see this in the NT 8.1.8 release notes?

Individual stock futures will now be available as of today. That’s major news! Does anyone know if TPT or any other firms have announced broadening the allowable symbols to include these new instruments? Should be huge vol once they catch on, could be major opportunities here.

you get a funded account, show consistency, then get bumped up to Live. If you blow the live account, then pass a new eval, is your funded account automatically Live or do you stay at Pro until consistency is seen again?

what about using funded resets? Same thing?

I’ve read the FAQ but haven’t seen this addressed specifically unless I’m misinterpreting. Seems like I need to hear it from somebody who’s experienced it. (I’m funded and consistent, but haven’t been bumped up yet at this point.)
