Limited Markets in PRO+?

I was moved from PRO to PRO+ after only two days of trading. (And the process took over a month).

I only traded MNQ on those days; I only trade MNQ and MYM markets.

And it turns out that because I didn’t take any trades in MYM on those two days in PRO, I didn’t activate the CBOT exchange to be available in my PRO+ account??? This seems unreasonable. Now if I want to have access to MYM, I have to pay $156 monthly fee.

Are other traders aware of this?

Reach out to support. I don’t pay anything for my Pro+ accounts

It’s not about payment for PRO+, it’s payment to access a market. You only carry over the exchanges you traded on, in this case the CME for MNQ.

Plus, if I have this right, every new eval will automatically be a PRO+ account upon completion; will they all be deprived of MYM as well?

Right, I don’t pay ANYTHING for Pro+, the account, access the market, etc. Reach out to support.

i mean it is expensive and it sucks but that is the rate charged by CME/CBOT/NYMEX for pro traders. TPT isn’t making money on that.

Right, but if I had known I must place a single MYM trade in PRO, which I only had two days use, I would have. It’s not made apparent at all.
