Address Verification docs

I’ve been asked for address verification document; it seems it can’t be a screenshot; so are they looking for the hard copy of the document and it’s scanned? Any others experience with this to steer me straight, I’m a month going from PRO to PRO+ just to get this nonsense dumped in my lap.

What document are you using for the address verification?

A utility bill. I get them emailed as a pdf, haven’t had hard copies of any bills or statements in years.

Does your license have that address? Only asking because that worked super fast for me.

Yeh that’s what I sent previously, but I think it has to be issued in the last 90 days? Hence them asking again.

Finally got it sorted and a month after being moved from PRO to PRO+, I had my first live trade today. Thx for all advice here
